Instructions for preparing the Promotion Lists 2023-24
  • First Download the Promotion List Software Click Here
  • Open any Browser
  • Open the Studentinfo.ap.gov.in Website
  • Login into the Website
  • Move to Reports Section
  • Select Child Wise Report
  • Select All in Studying Class Section and Select Active in Status
  • Click on Get Details
  • Click on Excel Symbol and download the Excel 
  • Open the file using MS Excel
  • Copy the required Data 
  • Paste the Data in the EMS Sheet in the Promotion List Software.
Thats it, all the Names, Child Id, Class are imported automatically in the Promotion List Software.

Child wise report ను Excel Format లో Download చెయ్యండి.

మీరు Download చేసిన Child Info Excel File లో S.No. 1 నుండి
Mother Name అనే Column లో Last Mother Name వరకు
SELECT చేసి , COPY చేసి, EMS షీట్ లో S.No. కింద PASTE చెయ్యండి.

→→ పిల్లల పేర్లు చాలా పొడవుగా ఉంటే , మీరు మార్చాలనుకుంటే
EMS SHEET లో ఆ యా పేర్లను పొట్టిగా EDIT చెయ్యొచ్చు.

HEADINGS COPY చెయ్యొద్దు. S.No. 1 నుంచి మాత్రమే
COPY చెయ్యాలి. COPY-PASTE అని గమనించండి. CUT-PASTE కాదు.

Sections లేదా Gender Order లో రావాలంటే EMS Sheet లో ఈ 3 పనులు చెయ్యాలి.
మొదటి పని : >GENDER >DownArrow >Sort A to Z
రెండవ పని : >SECTION >DownArrow >Sort A to Z
మూడవ పని : >Studying Class >Sort Smallest to Largest
